A 23-bed Frail Care Facility is available for those who require extra care or access to post-operative care.  Laundry, cleaning and daily meals are available to all residents as optional services.

On-site emergency response

Furthermore, the estate boasts its own onsite emergency response vehicles and trained personnel, including an Emergency Fire Response vehicle and ambulance service, so that urgent medical or safety assistance, is minutes away. The estate’s own helistop means that residents can be airlifted to a specific medical facility should the need arise.

The Life Right Model

Apartments are available for purchase in terms of a Life Right Model, where Steyn City Properties (the owner) buys back the apartment from the Life Right Holder at a guaranteed price, within six months when it is no longer occupied (if it has not already been purchased by another investor). This is a convenient model which ensures liquidity for the buyer or the buyer’s estate.  

This model further removes the hassle of daily and monthly maintenance for residents, as this is included in the levy structure. The Life Right Holder also does  not have to be concerned about  rates and taxes which are paid for by Steyn City Properties.
