Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Methods:
We accept payments through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), credit/debit cards, and other methods as agreed upon.

2. Currency:
All transactions are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.

3. Payment Due Date:
Payments via website must be immediately paid in full.

Invoice Payments must be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Late Payment:
A late payment fee of 5% will be charged on overdue amounts exceeding 30 days.

5. International Transactions:
For clients outside South Africa, payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.

6. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the company and may be subject to a handling fee. Refund requests must be made in writing within [number] days of the transaction.

7. Disputed Charges:
Any disputes regarding charges must be reported to us in writing within 7 days from the transaction date. Failure to do so will waive the right to dispute.

8. Security and Privacy:
All payment information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.

9. Payment Confirmation:
Payments made via EFT will be considered received when the funds reflect in our bank account. For credit/debit card transactions, payment is considered received upon successful authorization.

10. Exchange Rate:
For international transactions, the exchange rate used will be the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. Any fluctuations in the exchange rate will not affect the agreed-upon amount.

11. Governing Law:
These payment terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these payment terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms and conditions.
