South Africa's growing influence within the global real estate industry has received another significant boost with the appointment of Cape Town luxury property specialist Keegen Bain to eXp Realty's International Agent Advisory Council (IAAC).

Bain becomes the only South African serving on the prestigious ten-member advisory council and the first local representative appointed in more than a year. His selection gives South African property professionals a direct voice in shaping the future of one of the world's fastest-growing real estate companies across policy, technology, training and company culture.

The IAAC brings together leading agents from eXp's 26 international markets, with members appointed from Australia, Brazil, Ecuador, Dubai, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom. The council works directly with eXp's executive leadership team, providing frontline insight into agent needs, evaluating new technologies before rollout and influencing strategic decisions that impact thousands of real estate professionals worldwide.
